Thierry Tosi is vice president and managing director, Americas for Rockwell Collins.
In this position, Tosi is responsible for operations, facilities and business development of commercial and government products in the Americas region, with the exception of the United States. In addition, he has responsibility for leading business development for the company’s service operations in North and South America. He was appointed to this position in May 2011 and will be located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Tosi has been with Rockwell Collins for 16 years, most recently as vice president, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), for the International and Service Solutions Division of Rockwell Collins. Prior to this position, he was senior director, Mobility & Rotary Wing Solutions in EuMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), responsible for profit and loss within Government Systems. He also has served as senior director, Airlines Sales, within Rockwell Collins Air Transport Systems.
Prior to joining the company, Tosi worked for SFIM (a French company now part of SAFRAN) for seven years, where he held various management positions in engineering and sales. His last position was director of Aeronautical Sales for civil and military aircraft.
Tosi earned a Bachelor of Science Engineering degree in Electronics from ECE-Paris and a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from the International School of Management.
